Munster AOP, aromatic tomes, and dairy specialties are born here from ancestral know-how, carried on by passionate producers in the heart of a rich and preserved natural environment.
Our partner producers

The Haxaire Cheese Factory, founded in 1977 in Lapoutroie (Haut-Rhin), is one of the few in Alsace to produce its own cheese on site. This family business transforms Vosges cow's milk into Munster AOP, flavored Tomme cheeses, and local specialties, with complete traceability from field to plate.
